The individual can control the strees. when you sleep the hormones take part to contol the body.....but don't sleep a lot...it can make you become lazy.......
Yes i agree with you too...we should be got a better sleep...it can make our body more health..in addition,a better sleep can influence our emotion..if we having sleep enough,our emotion become good and not moody..
