Dance is a one interesting activities that all of us can do during our freetimes. We can do it by own or together with friends either at room or at any places that we think suitable. There many benifits of dance for examples its can creat balance and coordination and also help our mentally. Dance also is a healthy exercise because its will raise our body metabolism while burning off exess calories. Dancing provides a great way to shake out the muscle kinks and the tension that we acquire in our daily grind. One of the most popular dance that I think all of us know is poco-poco dance.

I like dance too. it's very nice dance after i join it. It my first experiece because before that i hate dance. Now, i feel dance can give me many advantages for example my body is very healty after i dance.

ReplyDeleteJunainah..same with you..in former times,i'm very fed up and hate this activity..i dunt know why... i'm really hate dance..maybe i'm dunt interested any activity that involved entertainment..so i hate dance..but today very suprised for me because i'm start like dance wity my friends every evening...hehehe...
