how to control your "MACHO"

1. If you suddenly fall because of kick something.
Don’t stand up quickly, lie down and spin your body until far from people attention. After that, stand up when no one can see you.
2. If you fall from bicycle.
Quickly ride on again your bicycle and fall again for many times. So that, people may think that you’re making a joke.
3. If you fall from stair.
Quickly does any martial art like ghost enter your body or you have a fight with ghost.
4. If you fall in the drain.
Pick the rubbish in the drain while show your anger with loud voice, definitely people guess that you are very concern about hygiene.
5. If you fall when you ride on bus.
Scream loudly “Ooi! Why you push me?” even no one behind you.
6. If you fall in front of bus stop.
Act as you faint until anyone come to help you. If no one comes, lie down until night and wake up when no one at the bus stop.
7. If you slip at the wet floor.
Attract your friend (or anyone near you) to fall together. So that, not only you feel ashamed….right?

MY FAVOURITE CARTOON

My favourite cartoon is "Upin and Ipin".
The story was be animition.
It lend itself to all group no matter child,young,and old.
Another that,many people interested in cheerfull "Upin and Ipin" especially me.
I like cartoon story this because funny and be message in story.
The story cartoonis aired in tv9.
I admired character in the story in this Ipin.
It's character so funny.
I feel,everyone like watching "Upin and Ipin".........

my nephew

i can talk about my nephew....
i have 2 little nephew.. his name is Nurul Afrina Izzati and Nurul Afrina Najwa... Izzati is 6 years old and his younger sister is 3 years old...
they very cute i like touching and play with her...
i'm very when i go back to village because they happy with me..
Izzati is a good girl...at school the his teacher like his because she also good student and izzati like colouring book and reading.
after she going from school, she must come in my grandfather is my father... than she also storied with me anything what she do at school..
suddenly, najwa is good person and very cute.. she like to play with his sister..i like play with them.. i miss him...

Ngajat Iban

Look it...How beautiful their are wore traditional Iban clothes..That picture show dance Iban in Sarawak...The Ibans perform a unique dance called the 'ngajat'. The 'ngajat' involves a lot of precise body-turning movements. Each 'ngajat' is accompanied by the 'taboh'. This dance is now performed to celebrate the most important harvest festival called 'Gawai', to welcome important guests to the longhouse and so on...I invited you all coming to sarawak to witness there dance..

LAUGHTER IS GOOD....

Laughter is good medicine for you. There is perhaps some truth in the saying : An apple a day keeps the doctor away. many doctors and psycologyist believe laughter is good for the pyysical and mental health of a person. It has good healing effects. Laughter can do the foloowing things :

-It gives a healthy workout to many organs in the body. The diaphragm, the thorax, abdomen, heart and lungs are given a good exercise. It provides an internel message.

-It improves blood circulation. By relaxing the blood vessels. It helps to prevent high blood pressure and protects againts heart disease.

-It aids digestion by helping to stimulate the production of enzymes.

-It may act as a natural laxative and thus help those with problems of contipasion.

-It helps to burn off calories.

-It stimulates the pituitary gland to release chemicals which act as natural pain killers.

-It is good for strengthening your muscles by tightening and relaxing them. It provides good muscle activity in the face, neck, scalp and shoulders.

-It benefits your lungs by reducing the risk of getting infection of the lungs. Laughter helps to expel old residual air which is good breeding ground for bacteria.

-It can help in relieving headaches. You feel better according to some neurologist.

-It lightens sterss, anxiety, depression and pain.

-It helps to fight againts boredom, syness, tension, and worry, thereby contributing to one's mental health.

-It provides a healthy emotional outlet by helping to discharge excess, unnecessary energy.
