My Dad

my dad is so special to me. He know their daughter need. he give me a lot of love. Everyday he work at 7 am until 7 pm. He becomes a technician at one factory at Sungai Petani, Kedah. Although their face like fierce but he also make joke to me. We share one hobby like collected stamp or old money. I love my dad very much.

new experience

hi guys.....
I'am member of kor suksis ukm.
Today, 22 february 2009 I and all members of suksis will go to Bentong, Pahang for shooting training. We are ask to gathering at Kolej keris mas at 6.00a.m and will leave at 7.00a.m. I feel so nervous right now because it is my first experience using firearm. I hope everything will go fine today and I will do my best..

Dance is a one interesting activities that all of us can do during our freetimes. We can do it by own or together with friends either at room or at any places that we think suitable. There many benifits of dance for examples its can creat balance and coordination and also help our mentally. Dance also is a healthy exercise because its will raise our body metabolism while burning off exess calories. Dancing provides a great way to shake out the muscle kinks and the tension that we acquire in our daily grind. One of the most popular dance that I think all of us know is poco-poco dance.

My hobby is playing football..Football makes big part of my life..Football is a great sports, so why should women not have a place to play????...Football is a great way for me to learn things like responsibility and team work..I play football because it keeps me fit and active..In addition, I can make new friend by playing football. So, this is my hobby..Please spend your free time to choose hobbies and do it...Thats all..

Malaysia Holiday........

The Ministry of Toursm Malaysia had launch a program known as 'Zoom Malaysia' to allowed tourist from country all around the world to choose Malaysia as their holiday destination. The invitation not just for tourist but also for people of Malaysia. so righthere and rightnow i want to invite all of you to come and visit my hometown that is Kedah state. There are so many interesthing place to visit at here, for example there are Langkawi Island, Pedu Lake, Merdeka Island and other interesthing place. At Langkawi, it have more than one beautifull beach like Cenang beach. every year there are LIMA angoing here, that is the aeroplane exposition. also Le Tour De Langkawi, that is bicycle race. So what are you waiting for, come and visit my hometown, Kedah.

What the factors that cause this situation:
1. Dehydration.
-Do you know that human brain is over 75%water,so when our brain lack of water it will causesa thumping feeling. When the pain hits,stop what ever you doing and drink water at least two cups of water.
2. Poor posture.
-Some of our people habits is put ourself through the condition where can make stress and tension to our neck or back muscle. If you fell something wrong with your body,sit up straight,Message your temples gently,roll your head and take a deep breath.
3. Skipping meal.
-Skipping our meal also can causes headaches like as missing sleep. When the body is low on fuel,it activates a part of our nervous system that increase tightness of the muscle throughout our body. To overcome this problem.try to always bring some snack everytime and the most important is don’t skip breakfast!.

UKM library or known as PTSL among UKM students is the large library in Southest Asia... Many student from other university in Malaysia like UM,UPSI,UPM will come here to find material for their assignment, because at PTSL there are a lot of book and it include all type of book from all knowledge that have in the world..usually they will come here at the weekend...so at the weekend we will see many student at PTSL. i like to go there too even not so often and i will feel like my eye want to close but i still love to go there...when i in there with a lot of book i fill so humble because i aware that the knowledge i have just a few.....
