Do you realize it or not...read n check....
.Tension headaches
What the factors that cause this situation:
1. Dehydration.
-Do you know that human brain is over 75%water,so when our brain lack of water it will causesa thumping feeling. When the pain hits,stop what ever you doing and drink water at least two cups of water.
2. Poor posture.
-Some of our people habits is put ourself through the condition where can make stress and tension to our neck or back muscle. If you fell something wrong with your body,sit up straight,Message your temples gently,roll your head and take a deep breath.
3. Skipping meal.
-Skipping our meal also can causes headaches like as missing sleep. When the body is low on fuel,it activates a part of our nervous system that increase tightness of the muscle throughout our body. To overcome this problem.try to always bring some snack everytime and the most important is don’t skip breakfast!.
